- Como complemento dietético: Administrar de ½ a 2 cucharadas por cada 5 kg de peso corporal, diariamente.
- Como suplemento energético: Administrar 3 cucharadas por cada 5 kg de peso corporal diariamente.
- Una cucharada equivale a 6 g.
